Doke Kim, President

Doke Kim, president of Doke's Plumbing, Inc., began his career in 1993 working as an apprentice and then journeyman with the most established and reputable plumbing companies in Marin County. He became known for "putting the love" into his plumbing and providing conscientious and detail-oriented work.

In 2001, Doke leveraged his loyal following of Bay Area contractors and homeowners to create Doke's Plumbing, Inc. Today, he and his team continue to provide expert plumbing, heating, cooling and fire sprinkler services under his own brand.

Doke prides himself on employing a long-standing team of highly trained, honest, and communicative plumbers.

When he’s not busy running the company, you can find him fishing, snowboarding and coaching his three kid's sports teams.

Steven Caetano, Vice President

Steven Caetano was one of the first plumbers to join Doke's Plumbing, Inc., in 2003.

From the beginning, he was a shining example of Doke's core values: dedication, honesty and passion for learning.

Over the years, Steven grew to become the team's top journeyman plumber.

His skill level, team management and jobsite proficiency earned him the role of Vice President.

In his free time, Steven enjoys being with his family, sports & volunteering for his children’s school events.

Helene Henry, Office Manager

Helene Henry joined our team in 2005 and is that friendly voice you hear when you call the office.

Helene’s expertise with Office Management, Human Resources and Construction/ Service Plumbing, is key in the day-to-day operations within our organization.

In her spare time, Helene enjoys hanging out with her children, her many pets, attending car shows, and Sunday drives in her classic 1967 Pontiac Tempest Convertible.

Naomi Reier, Bookkeeper

Naomi has been a dedicated team member at Doke's Plumbing, Inc. since 2004. She quietly works behind the scenes to keep the lights on and the books straight.

 
When she's not managing spreadsheets, you can find Naomi spending quality time with her grandchildren, volunteering at church, and gardening.
